為何選擇輔仁
Because it was the only MA related to fashion that was entirely taught in English. Fu Jen is a Catholic University that really applies good principles on students education. I think the university really care and provides its best advices, teachers to give a chance to students to discover what they like, what path they want to go in etc.
專業領域與學習
My program is the MA in Brand Fashion Management. I enrolled in classes such as Brand Management, Marketing, Practicum, Digital Marketing. I enjoyed the fact that we were able to meet with professionals from the fashion industry and they took on their time to provide good lectures for us.
求學遇到的挑戰
The most challenging fact was maybe to adjust to my Asian classmates who do not have the same educational culture, way of learning than we have back in Europe. The way presentations are done, things like PPT etc. I needed to adapt and I am very happy we were from different backgrounds because it allows us to learn from each other.
最大的收穫
Some of the group presentations were challenging but we always managed to deliver a good quality presentation in front of professional. My biggest achievement might be my internship at CECI for 6 months and the internship report I presented in front of my teachers. I got the highest grade and lot of compliments.
給外國學生的建議
If you step out of your comfort zone, only good things can happen, even when it sounds challenging from time to time or if you have hard time because you are homesick etc. Everything is worth it if it's to go abroad and learn about another culture, learn another language, meet new people.
